Based on the Greek mythological story this two-person, inter-generational piece features a daring aerial drama and a simple narrative. Daedalus, a mythical inventor, creates wings made of feathers and wax to escape from the brutal Minotaur. Icarus, however, who is young and impulsive, ignores his parents’ warnings and flies too close to the sun. As a consequence, his waxy wings melt and he falls to the earth to his death.

“A great idea to bring the performance into the town. LOVED the use of the clock tower for the end of the performance. The Minotaur was amazing!” Audience feedback
